  14. As part of a C-Kermit script, is there a way to determine if one is in
  15. "local" or "remote" mode?  That is, is there a way (without knowing exact
  16. terminal designations) to know whether a "set line" to an external line
  17. has been done or a "set line" with no arguments has been done?
